Ground Source

Otter have installed Ground-source heat pumps for a five bed executive housing development on behalf of Peter Smith Architects of Crewkerne.

These innovative devices draw warm water through three 200 metre long coils of flexible pipe and transfer the energy through a heat pump to provide heating and hot water. The energy is free and constant all year round and the system requires very little maintenance.
